The law says your council must sort out advocates for children and young people who want to make a complaint about their health care.
Your council must also make sure there are advocates for children and young people who are detained in mental health inpatient units.
We are making a list of the advocacy services for children and young people who are in hospital, including mental health inpatient units. We will put this online as soon as it’s finished.
